  • ½ c brown sugar
  • ¼ c paprika
  • 2 tbsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 2 tbsp cumin (optional)
  • 2 tbsp black pepper freshly cracked
  • 1 tbsp kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp dried mustard powder

  • Whisk together the Kansas Style dry rub spices and rub on your meat liberally.
